Green Machine Smoothie

I love a good, healthy smoothie after a workout or really anytime! This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or even a mid afternoon, healthy treat! It’s loaded with vitamins and protein and has a yummy, tropical flavor that the mango and banana provide! Dust off that blender of yours and whip one of these up for yourself soon! You will love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Frozen Mango

  • 1 cup 1 Spinach

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Non Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup 1 Almond Milk

  • 1-2 Tbsp 1-2 Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Agave Nectar

Directions

  • In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and ENJOY!

Notes

  • If you wanted to transform this into a smoothie bowl, just add ice to thicken the consistency and top with your favorite fresh fruit and crunch
  • You can use any type of greens you want. Kale would be a good sub for the spinach.
  • Try it with your favorite frozen fruit! There are no rules to this smoothie. Make it your own and ENJOY!
