I pride myself in being somewhat of a S’more connoisseur! I have indulged in many a s’more in my day and I love coming up with new ways to honor my favorite summertime treat! I decided to let my creative imagination run wild and came up with the ultimate in ice cream receptacles! This fella is EDIBLE! What?! Yup! This is the PERFECT project for you to do with your kids this summer. How fun to make the bowls and build a sundae, RIGHT IN THEM! I start with a box of Golden Grahams and add some melted marshmallows, butter and chocolate to make the bowls. Once they’re set, I built the sundae’s with some vanilla bean ice cream, marshmallow cream, sprinkles and chocolate fudge. I toasted the marshmallows on top and these beauties were ready to be tackled! Top with a cherry and pull up to these fellas with a big appetite because they are NOT PLAYING! Enjoy and Happy Summer!
S’mores Ice Cream Bowls

12 oz 12 Golden Grahams
10 oz 10 Marshmallows
6 Tbsp 6 Butter
1/2 tsp 1/2 Vanilla
1/2 cup 1/2 Milk Chocolate Chips(I used Minis)
Ice Cream and Toppings of your Choosing
Directions
- To begin, add melted butter, vanilla and marshmallows to a large sauce pot
- Stir until melted
- In a large bowl, add cereal, melted marshmallow mixture and chocolate chips. Stir well
- Spray a sheet tray with non stick cooking spray. Spray your fingers with the same spray and press mixture down to cover sheet tray. Let sit for about 5 minutes, then using small bowls, place them on top of mixture. Carefully cut a large circle around the bowl and press sides up the bowl to form a bowl shape with the golden grahams mixture
- Once your bowls are formed, place sheet tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Remove from refrigerator after 30 minutes and carefully remove your inner bowls. Mine were very easy to remove.
- Build your sundaes with your favorite ice cream toppings! Place your edible sundae bowls inside of a larger bowl or on a sturdy paper plate to catch any ice cream that tries to escape! Enjoy!
