Crispy Prosciutto & Peach Burrata Salad

I’m always coming up with new ideas for a fresh, summertime salad! This creation was one of my easiest yet! With very minimal ingredients, it comes together super quick and packs an amazing punch of flavor! I love the saltiness of the prosciutto with the creaminess of the burrata and the sweet, juicy peaches. The basil gives it a bright pop of color and is the perfect touch with the addition of the balsamic glaze. Serve it with a refreshing glass of ice tea or a chilled white wine at your next brunch or lunch get together.
