Brûlée’d Blood Orange Prosecco Spritz

I love coming up with yummy bevy’s that are super easy but have a fun flare! This delivers in all the ways! It’s only 2 ingredients plus your sugar and orange slice. This would be a fun spin on your mimosas if you have a brunch planned! The blood orange plays off the smooth Prosecco perfectly and the brûlée’d orange slice is so fun to add as a garnish to your spritz! Whip up a batch for your next party and everyone will be raving!

Brûlée’d Blood Orange Prosecco Spritz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 2 Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice

  • 4 oz 4 Prosecco

  • 1 1 Orange slice

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Course Sugar

Directions

  • To begin, squeeze 2 oz of blood orange juice and pour it into your flute
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Sprinkle course sugar on your orange slice. Using a torch, melt your sugar until it hardens. You can use your broiler in your oven also if you don’t have a torch
