Dragonfruit Smoothie

I have developed quite a few smoothies over the past few months and I have to say, this one is in the lead for my favorite!! It is so fruity and sweet. The combination of the dragonfruit, mango and banana is PERFECTION!! It packs a punch with nutrients as it has protein powder, yogurt and flax seed! You can get creative with smoothies and add in all sorts of things to give yourself a nutrient boost for the day! I highly recommend giving this one a try soon. You’ll be making it on repeat!

Dragonfruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Non Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup 1 Almond or Coconut Milk

  • 1 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 cup 1 Frozen Dragonfruit

  • 1 cup 1 Frozen Mango

  • 1 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Flax Seed

Directions

  • Enter all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. You can add more milk or water to thin out smoothie if it’s too thick once you’ve blended it
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
