I have developed quite a few smoothies over the past few months and I have to say, this one is in the lead for my favorite!! It is so fruity and sweet. The combination of the dragonfruit, mango and banana is PERFECTION!! It packs a punch with nutrients as it has protein powder, yogurt and flax seed! You can get creative with smoothies and add in all sorts of things to give yourself a nutrient boost for the day! I highly recommend giving this one a try soon. You’ll be making it on repeat!
