Salted Caramel & Chocolate Chunk Skillet Pizookie

Stop what you’re doing and MAKE THIS AMAZINGNESS right now! I can’t even begin to try and explain just how insanely D to the LISH this cookie skillet is! I created this recipe as a cookie bar and I thought it would be perfect to make as a pizookie! So, I edited a couple things and BAM!! It came out PERFECT!! This is the recipe you want in your back pocket when you’re in the mood for a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie but don’t want to put all the effort in to bake batches of cookies. Here is your answer topped with some creamy, vanilla bean ice cream! Grab a spoon and DIVE IN!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Melted Butter

  • 1 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp 1 Vanilla

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 Light Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Granulated Sugar

  • 1 cup 1 All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Baking Soda

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Trader Joe’s Salted Caramel Baking Chips

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Trader Joe’s Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Directions

  • To begin, preheat oven to 375. Mix wet ingredients together in stand mixer until combined
  • Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Blend together
  • Add chips and fold in. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray and add batter to skillet
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, grab some spoons and top with your favorite vanilla ice cream!
