I have your answer with my Greek lemon chicken dinner! It’s minimal ingredients, healthy, fresh and fast! What’s not to love about cooking a dinner bathing in wine, garlic and lemon juice, am I right?! I couldn’t believe how juicy the chicken turned out. It paired so well with the kalamata olive and lemon flavors. Pair this meal with a nice greek salad or some green beans to round out the dish!
