Give me a smoothie any day of the week! I’ll drink them for breakfast, lunch or a nice mid day snack. I love coming up with easy smoothie recipes that taste like dessert and also have the added health benefits that I need for the day! Any berry would work in this smoothie, but I just love my blueberries! You can usually find me with a handful every day enjoying them at the tail end of my lunch. They are my go to “dessert”. I grew up in Michigan where the blueberry patches were abundant with the most ginormous, juicy blueberries every summer, so I was spoiled with the best! Blend one of these up and enjoy!!
