Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Give me a smoothie any day of the week! I’ll drink them for breakfast, lunch or a nice mid day snack. I love coming up with easy smoothie recipes that taste like dessert and also have the added health benefits that I need for the day! Any berry would work in this smoothie, but I just love my blueberries! You can usually find me with a handful every day enjoying them at the tail end of my lunch. They are my go to “dessert”. I grew up in Michigan where the blueberry patches were abundant with the most ginormous, juicy blueberries every summer, so I was spoiled with the best! Blend one of these up and enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup 1 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 cup 1 Blueberries Fresh or Frozen

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Chia Seed

  • 1 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 cup 1 Ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth

Notes

  • You can use any berry you like in this smoothie. You can also add additional things to it as well. I always add my collagen powder when I make it.
