Greek Chicken Burgers

There isn’t a burger that I don’t love! I like to create unique burgers that might be a little different than your normal patty and cheese. I had the idea to create this burger from a greek sausage that I had years ago. This particular sausage was made with orange zest in it and I absolutely loved how that flavor incorporated into the meat. I wanted to create a similar burst of flavor with this Greek chicken burger and it was a HOME RUN! I have made this burger about 4 times since I’ve created it and it just gets better every time! I have entertained with this burger and it got rave reviews! It’s full of flavor and super easy to make! With the Summer cookout season approaching, this is one you need to add to your list. I promise, you will LOVE IT!

Notes

  • Enjoy this throwback Saturday Dinners with Ang episode where I demonstrate how to make these D to the LISH burgers!
  • For homemade Tzatziki sauce, in a small bowl, add about 1 – 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt. Add 2 grated and squeezed mini cucumbers, 1-2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, S&P to taste, and the zest and juice of a lemon. Stir well and allow flavors to marinate in the fridge while burgers are cooking.
