Pretty in Pink Botanical Gin Fizz

I love creating D to the LISH, pretty cocktails. Whenever I’m strolling the produce section of the grocery store and see the juicy berries, it always gets my creative mind working to come up with a new, yummy bevy. This cocktail has the perfect blend of raspberries, roses and sparkling pink lemonade! This is a versatile cocktail where you can use different berries and even switch up your liquor of choice. Serve this up as the star of your next brunch or the perfect happy hour drink to indulge in. Invite your favorites over and DIVE IN!!

Pretty in Pink Botanical Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 2 Botanical Gin

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Raspberries

  • 1/2 oz 1/2 Simple Syrup

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Rose Water

  • Top with Sparkling Pink Lemonade

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add raspberries, simple syrup and rose water. Muddle together
  • Add ice and gin. Shake well
  • Strain in martini glass and top with sparkling pink lemonade
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint

Notes

  • To make this drink a mocktail, omit gin and add additional pink lemonade.
  • You can sub vodka in this cocktail.
  • You can sub strawberries in this cocktail and they would be super YUM!
  • If you are not a fan of rose, just omit the rose water in this cocktail and it would still be D to the LISH!
