I love a good bubbly with my brunch and I know this is the #1 brunch day of the year! Turn your brunch up a notch with this beautiful Brut Rosé frozen rose cocktail! The sweetness of the strawberry lemonade combined with the strawberry and melon notes of the rosé is the perfect marriage in a glass! This will go with whatever you’re serving and I promise, Mom will LOVE it! She’ll be coming back for a dozen roses once she tastes how good this is! All you need is a bottle of your favorite rosé bubbly, a rose ice mold and your favorite flavored lemonade. I like strawberry lemonade, but raspberry would work just as well. 1 1 Rose Ice Mold
1 1 Bottle of Strawberry Lemonade
Directions
- To begin, pour your strawberry lemonade in your ice mold and freeze for 24 hours
- Pop a rose in your wine glass or coupe glass and pour your brut rosé over top
- ENJOY!

- If you can’t find a rose ice mold, you can use a regular ice mold that makes square or round ice. You’ll get the same flavor and goodness. I found my ice mold on Amazon.
