Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 Cod Filet

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Miso Paste

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Mirin

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Honey

  • 2 tsp 2 Pure Sesame Oil

  • Green Onion, Cilantro & Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Directions

  • To begin, preheat oven to 375
  • Whisk all ingredients together for miso glaze
  • Place fish in baking dish and pour glaze over top of fish. Brush on to cover entire fish
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 145
