Ingredients

  • 4 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

  • 16 oz 16 Jar Salsa Verde, Mild or Medium

  • 8 oz 8 Mexican Shredded Quesadilla Cheese

Directions

  • To begin, preheat oven to 350 and add chicken to baking dish
  • Pour your Salsa Verde over top of your chicken
  • Spread your cheese on top of your chicken
  • Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until a thermometer reads 165
  • Top with diced avocado, cilantro, jalapeño and lime wedges. ENJOY!

Notes

  • If you can’t find shredded quesadilla cheese, you can sub a colby or mexican blend if you wanted. Any type of cheese would work for this dinner.
