I have been a busy little bee developing recipes for the past few years. Because of that, I am always whipping up something new in the kitchen and don’t take much time to revisit previous creations. But, when it comes to this one, that is not the case. I have made and re made this easy one pot dinner countless times since I developed it. Why? Because it’s easy, loaded with so much flavor and it’s super healthy! I love this on a busy weeknight when I don’t feel like cooking but I want a tasty meal! This is a MUST TRY!
