High Protein Strawberry Ice Cream

It was Christmas morning…the huge wrapped box was sitting by the fireplace and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it was! Then, as I opened it, I saw the word “Creami” peaking out and got very excited! This was a complete surprise as I didn’t ask for a Ninja Creami for Christmas, but I was happy Carl wanted to gift me one! I think he probably figured, any yummy treat I make will be shared and he was right! I developed this super easy protein ice cream that is the perfect treat for when you need to take care of that sweet tooth without killing your calorie intake for the day! This recipe is high protein and low cal which is something you don’t see often in ice cream. The creami whips this up beautifully and the strawberries mixed in add just the right finishing touch! If you have a creami, give this recipe a try and you will definitely be making it on repeat!
