Ingredients

  • 24 oz 24 White Chocolate

  • 4 cups 4 Life Cereal

  • 5 cups 5 Frosted Cheerios

  • 3 cups 3 Corn Chex

  • 3 cups 3 Rice Chex

  • 1 cup 1 Chopped Mini Pretzels

  • 2 cups 2 M&M’s

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Pure Peppermint Extract

Directions

  • To begin, add all cereal, chopped pretzels and M&M’s to a large bowl or roaster(I used my big roasting pan as it was the perfect size to hold it all and for tossing)
  • In a large glass mixing bowl, add white chocolate. Microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until all chocolate is melted
  • Add peppermint extract to white chocolate and stir well. I love just a nice subtle peppermint flavor. You may like more. Start with 1/2 tsp and add more if you want more peppermint flavor. If you don’t want peppermint at all, just omit
  • Pour white chocolate over cereal mixture and toss to coat all cereal in the white chocolate. Pour mixture out onto large sheet pan with parchment paper and allow to dry for at least one hour until you can break it apart into pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container for 30 minutes because that’s the amount of time it will last in your house! LOL! I’m kidding. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. You can also freeze it in a freezer safe bag or container for up to 3 months. Let’s be real, you won’t have any left for the freezer.

Notes

  • You can pick your favorite cereals and the amounts for this recipe! Make it yours!
