Hibiscus Spritz

I love a good bubbly cocktail! It’s fun to celebrate with bubbles and I thought this hibiscus spritz cocktail would be the perfect choice for celebrating ALL THE THINGS! With the holidays here, this would be a great choice to serve your guests with a nice cheeseboard before dinner. Ingredients

  • *For the Hibiscus Syrup*

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Water

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Sugar

  • 3 3 Hibiscus Tea Bags

  • *For the Cocktail*

  • 1 oz 1 Hibiscus Syrup

  • 1 oz 1 Vanilla Vodka

  • Top with Rosé Prosecco

  • Garnish with Fresh Raspberries & Mint

Directions

  • To begin, add water and sugar to a sauce pot on medium heat. Simmer until sugar dissolves, about 3-5 minutes
  • Remove sauce pot from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 10-15 minutes until syrup is infused with hibiscus
  • Discard tea bags and place syrup in jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
  • To make the cocktail, in a champagne flute or wine glass, add hibiscus syrup and vodka. Stir and add ice. Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint. Enjoy!
