Hibiscus Gimlet

The gimlet is one of my favorites! It’s a super easy cocktail that is the perfect blend of sweet and tart. Outside of the dirty martini, this is another staple that I love to order when I’m out. I wanted to put a unique spin on the ever popular gimlet by adding hibiscus infused simple syrup with the gin and fresh squeezed lime juice. It was perfection! Sooo easy and D to the LISH! This would be a beautiful holiday cocktail to impress your guests. Serve it up with a twist of lime and enjoy!
