New England Lobster Roll Sliders

I can’t get over how D to the LISH these sliders turned out! I love a good lobster roll. Are you a Connecticut style or New England fan style fan? I can’t decide because I love them both! Count me in on anything with chunks of juicy, sweet lobster! The base of this salad is loaded with lobster and a little green onion and celery for crunch with a simple dressing of mayo, lemon juice and salt. It finishes with some minced Italian parsley which adds an additional fresh flavor that compliments the sweet lobster. What elevates these sliders even more is the buttered, brioche slider rolls. I brushed melted butter on and toasted them in the oven for a perfect, warm roll to house the lobster salad. This is the perfect recipe to host for a brunch or lunch date with your friends. I find these rolls pair very well with a Brut Rose!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 Lobster meat

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 Mayo

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Diced Celery

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Sliced Scallions

  • 2 tsp 2 Italian Parsley

  • 1/2 1/2 Small Lemon, Juiced

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 1 Package Brioche Slider Rolls

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Butter, Melted

Directions

  • To begin, prepare lobster salad by chopping cooked lobster meat and adding to mixing bowl with remaining ingredients for the salad. Stir well
  • Place brioche buns on a sheet tray and brush with melted butter. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes to lightly toast and warm through
  • To build sliders, add a piece of butter or green leaf lettuce on the bottom of the slider and scoop a small portion of the lobster salad on top. Place top bun on and brush with more melted butter if you’re like me and can’t get enough! It’s time to DIVE IN!

Notes

  • To make this recipe as simple as possible, I used already prepared frozen lobster meat from the seafood section of my grocery store. It’s perfect when you want to enjoy lobster in a recipe, but don’t want to go through all the steps of preparing a fresh lobster.
