Cinnamon Crunch Croissant French Toast

I have the PERFECT Christmas morning breakfast for you and your family this year! I love a good French Toast breakfast and this one did NOT disappoint. I tested this idea years ago and it didn’t work out, because I chose the wrong cooking method. I’m thankful I decided to revisit it again but using the oven this time to bake. What I love about an oven baked French Toast is that you can prepare the entire breakfast and throw it in to bake while you take care of other things, like opening presents! LOL! This breakfast is limited ingredients and just 30 minutes on a sheet pan. I used croissants for it, which were amazing! However, you could use your bread of choice. Just make sure it’s a sturdy bread and aged a couple days to give you a firm consistency. Serve it with some fresh maple syrup and whipped cream along with a plate of fresh fruit! It’s the ultimate holiday breakfast to share with the ones you love! Enjoy!
