Happy Holidays! I love entertaining. Especially at holiday time! Hosting holiday parties is very fun but can also be very overwhelming. I came up with this idea to make a batch of martinis to make hosting easier on you! Instead of having to shake individual martinis for everyone, this is such an easy way to mix all the ingredients for the cosmo’s in a pitcher and just place on your table to have your guests help themselves! You can set up a “Cosmo Bar” by having glasses, lime wedges and pomegranate seeds for garnish. This will give you more time to cheers your guests and enjoy the time with them! Enjoy!

Batched Pomegranate Cosmo’s

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 Vodka

• 1 cup 1 Pomegranate Juice

• 1/2 cup 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

• 1/4 cup 1/4 Triple Sec

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and place in the fridge for a few hours to chill before serving
• Set up a serving station of glasses and items such as lime wedges and pomegranate seeds for garnish
• Enjoy!
