Blackberry Fig & Thyme Baked Brie

What I love about Brie is that it’s so versatile and a great option for an appetizer at your holiday parties! Thanksgiving is upon us and I thought this would be a perfect appetizer to add to your grazing tables at your dinner festivities this year. The gooey brie with the fresh thyme and berry compote is amazing. I finished it off with a drizzle of hot honey and served with some fig crisp crackers. Oh my! It was heaven! I had mine for a brunch and it was a great addition to my brunch table as well. Whenever you serve yours, it will “Brie” the Best!
