I love this time of Summer! All the stone fruits are ripe, the herbs are bright and full and I found it the perfect time to whip up a quick sammie for lunch with all of my favorite things! If you are a huge fan of prosciutto, you will love this sandwich! I love it crispy, so I threw it in my skillet to really enhance the flavor. The ripe peaches with the basil vin and burrata were incredible! Topping it with some balsamic glaze was the perfect finishing touch!
