Fresh Cut Sumac Fries

I had two big russet potatoes doing absolutely nothing in my pantry and were begging for a job! I wanted to pair a side dish with some pork souvlaki that I made and these were the perfect option! They were crispy, full of amazing flavor and D to the LISH! The sumac seasoning added such a fun pop of sweetness and floral citrus notes. It’s a really unique seasoning a fun switch from the regulars that we always reach for. You can find sumac in your specialty grocery stores or on Amazon. I love it on salmon and poultry as well. I knew it would be awesome on these fries and I wasn’t wrong! I used my air fryer for a more healthy option. It’s nice because you can pop them in and work on other dishes in the kitchen while they’re doing their thing in the air fryer! No baby sitting and the perfect, crispy outcome every time! Give these fellas a try soon. You will love them!
