I made some S’mores at my brother’s house last weekend and I thought what a great idea it would be to make a martini that tasted like a S’more. The combination of the marshmallow vodka and the chocolate liqueur was on another level but what really took this glass of yum over the top was the toasted marshmallows! Holy WOWZA!! It was so good to have a sip of the chocolate marshmallow goodness followed by a big bite of marshmallow. The graham cracker rim wraps this martini up like a big red bow! S’mores Martini

1 1 Graham Cracker Crushed
1 tsp 1 Honey
1 1/2 oz 1 1/2 Marshmallow Vodka
3/4 oz 3/4 Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz 1/2 Heavy Cream
2 2 Marshmallows
Directions
- To begin, crush your graham cracker into fine crumbs. Paint the rim of your martini glass with the honey and roll in the cracker crumbs to coat your glass
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice along with vodka, liqueur and cream. Shake well and strain into your martini glass
- Using a butane torch, brûlée your marshmallows and garnish your martini with them
- Enjoy!
