I wanted to go all out for my birthday this year, so I came up with this super easy idea to make some decadent cupcakes with some extra pizzaz thanks to the help of some bubbly! I wanted to share how easy it was for me to throw these beauties together! I started with some help from Mr. Duncan Hines because of all the boxed mixes, Duncan is the BEST! I mixed up the cake mix with the ingredients on the back of the box with the exception of the water. I swapped in my rosé bubbly and mixed it up. Follow the baking instructions on the box to bake your cupcakes. While the cupcakes are baking, mix up your buttercream. It’s very easy to make your own with just 2 sticks of softened, unsalted butter, 3 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup of your rosé bubbly and a small drop of pink food coloring. Mix all together in a stand mixer and fill a piping bag using the Wilton 1M tip. You can honestly frost your cupcakes however you want. I like to pipe my frosting on. Once your cupcakes are frosted, sprinkle with some fun glitter and enjoy! These are perfect for the holidays! Whip up a batch to celebrate those special people and moments in your life!
