Pomegranate Paloma

I just started enjoying Palomas a few years ago. There is a fun sparkle and crispness to a Paloma that I really love! The way the grapefruit pairs with the tequila is pure perfection and this cocktail is taken up a peg with the addition of pomegranate seeds. This may be the best cocktail I’ve ever made! I absolutely loved how this turned out. There is a sweet tartness that the agave and grapefruit bring to this bevy. The pomegranate adds a rich color and flavor to make this a perfect cocktail for anytime of the year! Serve it at your next happy hour with some chips and salsa or make it your signature cocktail at your holiday tables this year! It’s ready to step up to the plate and shine however you plan on serving it!
