I have found a favorite new dinner! These bowls give me every single thing I ever loved in a cheeseburger, but minus the carbs and extra fat! I have really shaved the fat content in this dinner as I have chosen to use 98% lean ground turkey and fat free cheddar cheese. If you are following the WW plan, you are in luck, because this bad boy is ZERO POINTS! What?! Yup! ZERO POINTS! You can obviously sub ground beef or chicken if you’d like and use full fat cheese. What do you like on your cheeseburger? Pile it on these bowls! I like lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and pickle! You can use any type of onion you like. Sweet and Red Onions are great options for these bowls. I used red onion and a little green onion along with some dill mixed in my lettuce. It added such a great layer of freshness! I diced up some pickles to bring that tangy flavor and crunch we all love on our burgers. I also made a burger sauce for Carl’s bowl which he loved! I’ll leave the easy recipe for the burger sauce in the notes. I used sugar free ketchup and mustard to keep my bowl zero points. The sky is the limit to what you can do with these.
