One of my most favorite salads is the Caprese! There is something about the marriage of tomatoes and basil together that is just 💯 !!! The added mozzarella cheese and balsamic takes the salad to another level! There isn’t a lot of extra things you need to do to make this salad perfection! I had this idea to elevate the look by creating a tower and adding some additional cherry tomatoes. When tomatoes are in season, there is no other salad I want more than this one! Slice up your favorite, juicy mater, get to building and DIVE IN!!

Ingredients

• 1 1 Large Tomato Sliced

• 1 1 Fresh Mozzarella Ball Sliced

• 1 1 Package Basil Leaves

• Balsamic Glaze for serving

• Fresh Cracked Black Pepper for serving

• Extra Cherry Tomatoes for serving

Directions

• To begin, dress plate with balsamic glaze, place bottom tomato slice on plate and top with layer of cheese, basil and balsamic glaze. Repeat process with remaining slices. Top with additional balsamic glaze and dress plate with additional cherry tomatoes. ENJOY!
