Oven Roasted Za’atar Chicken

If you’re looking for a delicious and healthy meal, look no further than my oven roasted Za’atar chicken. This flavorful spice blend is a Middle Eastern classic that pairs perfectly with this chicken. I love a good sheet pan roasted chicken dinner and this chicken came out so tender and juicy! Anytime I find bone in skin on chicken breasts at the grocery store, I always pick up a pack because there are so many creative things you can do with chicken. I was recently introduced to Za’atar seasoning and I fell in love! It’s so bright and full of flavor. It is typically made up of dried oregano, thyme and marjoram, with sumac and toasted sesame seeds. It is the perfect seasoning for veggies and chicken and offers so much yumminess to your healthy dishes! Just a small sprinkle is all you need to bring your meals to life. This seasoning can be found at specialty grocery stores or online at Amazon. Pick some up and enjoy this bright, fun chicken dinner today!
