Cinnamon Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

Good Morning Sunshines! Have you ever struggled with putting together the perfect menu for your brunch spread? Well, have no fear because I have the perfect option for your next shindig! This is the most decadent offering you can have on your table and everyone will be in awe of how D to the LISH this bread pudding is! Croissants are the perfect bed for the rich custard as they soak up all the yumminess and still provide a beautiful flaky crust when baked up. The custard is a blend of heavy cream, milk and my secret ingredient of Rumchata liquor. Obvi, it’s not a secret anymore as I’m sharing it with y’all! The Rumchata provides that rich, cinnamon flavor and adds to the decadence of this brunch offering. It’s so insanely easy to whip together and takes no time at all! This is a must try with some whipped cream and fresh berries to top. It could also double as dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce! Pour yourself a mimosa and get ready to DIVE IN!
