Minty Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I love a good chocolate mint combination! Whether it’s mint chocolate chip ice cream or Andes mints…I love it all! This cookie is nothing short of INSANE!! The richness of the chocolate combined with the mint M&M’s is on another level! It’s chewy and absolutely mouthwatering D to the LISH!! Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 Flour

  • 3/4 cups 3/4 Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt

  • 1 cup 1 Softened Unsalted Butter

  • 1 cup 1 Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup 1 Granulated Sugar

  • 2 2 Eggs

  • 2 tsp 2 Vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 Mint M&M’s

  • 1 cup 1 Guittard Super Cookie Chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside
  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine butter and sugars together, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix all together
  • Add dry ingredients with wet ingredients and combine
  • Add chips and M&M’s, stir to incorporate
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment lined baking sheets and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes

Notes

  • Store cookies in an air tight container. You may freeze the cookies as well. ( This is a tip from my Mom. She likes to freeze her baked goods and has very good luck with that) I eat all mine before I can put them in the freezer. LOL!
