Happy January! I know this is a month where lot’s of us get back to focusing on our health and wellbeing to start off on the right foot so I have developed a few “mocktail” recipes that I will be sharing this month so we can still enjoy some beautiful, yummy beverages but without the added calories! Meet my Raspberry “Mocktito”! This is my take on a Raspberry Mojito but sans booze! I love the refreshing combination of the mint and raspberries together! I promise, you won’t miss the rum. This is a very D to the LISH mocktail! Enjoy!
