This was one of my favorite dishes that I developed this year! It is sooo easy to make and loaded with so much flavor! This is a perfect weeknight, family style Italian dinner that everyone will love! Grab your favorite bottle of wine and ENJOY!
Creamy Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet

1-2 TBSP 1-2 Butter
1 lb 1 Italian Sausage
8 oz 8 Mushrooms
2-3 2-3 Cloves of garlic
1 1 Onion
1 tsp 1 Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp 1/2 Red Pepper flake
1/2 cup 1/2 White Wine
1 cup 1 Heavy Cream
1/2 cup 1/2 Parmesan Cheese
1 package 1 Gnocchi
Italian Parsley for garnish
Directions
- In a skillet, heat butter and add diced onion. Saute until translucent
- Add garlic and mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Saute for 3 minutes
- Add sausage and seasonings. Once sausage is browned, add white wine and simmer for 3 minutes
- Add heavy cream and parm cheese
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions and once done, add to skillet.
- Top with parsley and serve with bitter green salad and your favorite wine!
