Bourbon Cider Pumpkin Spritz

Fall is my favorite time of year. It’s comfort food and drink season! Are you an apple or pumpkin fan? I’m both! I don’t want to choose because I love both equally. I decided to create a cocktail that marries both together so I don’t have to choose! This is the perfect glass of spicy goodness paired with bourbon. I added some bitters for an extra kick and smoked a cinnamon stick to give the drink some extra sass. Finished it off with a splash of Prosecco for that kick of fizz that elevates this drink perfectly! Enjoy a glass today and savor all that is fall!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz 1 1/2 Bourbon

  • 3 oz 3 Apple Cider

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Pumpkin Butter

  • 3 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Splash of Prosecco

  • Apple Slice and Cinnamon Stick for garnish

Directions

  • Add Bourbon, Cider and Pumpkin Butter to cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
  • Pour over glass with ice and add bitters. Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish and Enjoy!
