Cinnamon Oat Smoothie

I love coming up with new ideas for smoothies and this one was a home run!! I love the addition of the oats in this healthy smoothie! It helps keep you satiated until your next meal! The addition of the spices add the flavors of comfort that I love at this time of year! This smoothie has all the good things to provide a healthy snack or breakfast option for you including, flax seed, almond butter, banana and non fat yogurt. You can get creative and add additional things that you like in your smoothies also. You will be addicted to this one and will be making it on repeat once you try it! It really is the perfect smoothie for the fall months!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup 1 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 Rolled Oats

  • 1 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Almond Butter

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Flax Seed

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 All Spice

  • 1 cup 1 Ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice if you want your smoothie thicker
