It’s peach season!! Growing up in Northern Michigan, this was a very yummy time of the year. Not only do we have some of the best, juiciest peaches, but we also have the best blueberries! We used to pick blueberries from the patch as kids and it’s safe to say, only about half made it into the bucket! There is nothing like a good piece of fruit picked right off the bush! I love fresh peaches and blueberries in so many things. Cobbler was my first choice to make because I love how super simple it is to whip together! I developed this recipe for ample flavor with browning the butter. In my opinion, brown butter makes everything taste better! The nuttiness it adds is on another level and I thought it would be a perfect layer of flavor in this super easy skillet cobbler! It wouldn’t be a sin to top this cobbler with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream and DIVE IN to the skillet!
