Chicken Sausage Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

I’m happiest in life when I’m stuffing my face with a ginormous D to the LISH meatball. I don’t know if I like anything more than that! I developed this recipe based on everything I want and need in a meatball! The spiciness of the sausage, the richness of the Parm cheese and the gooey center of the mozzarella. There is nothing missing from this monstrosity of goodness! It’s so easy to throw together and a MUST TRY! Load these beauties on top of your favorite pasta and pour yourself a glass of some big, bold, ripe, southern Italian wine!

Notes

  • Enjoy a throwback Saturday Dinners episode where I make these D to the LISH meatballs!
  • I make these meatballs on the larger side..like almost the size of a baseball..almost…LOL! I get about a dozen meatballs out of this recipe. One meatball would be enough for the normal person. But, if you’re me, you want 2…LOL! If you wanted to make these meatballs on the smaller side, you could do that. Just use the pearl sized mozzarella balls for stuffing or cut the mozzarella balls in half.
