Pink Peppercorn Cacio e Pepe Pizza

Pizza is in my top 5 favorite foods of ALL TIME! And if you asked me on the right day, I may tell you it’s my favorite! I love all Italian food but I especially love the Cacio e Pepe dishes! Cacio e Pepe in Italian translates to Cheese and Pepper. Sometimes the simplest things create the most flavor! In Italy, the true Cacio e Pepe dishes use pecorino cheese because it is 3 times more flavorful than parmesan. The combination of the earthy and tangy cheese with the pink peppercorns is ON ANOTHER LEVEL! This would be a perfect pie to go with a nice green salad and glass of chilled white Italian wine! I used Naan as my base for this super easy pizza and with some simple ingredients, and 10 minutes of your time, you can be enjoying this D to the LISH pie yourselves! Pop one in the oven and DIVE IN!
