I came up with this super easy yogurt parfait for a brunch I hosted a couple years ago and I absolutely love how it came together! It’s like dessert in a glass! The chocolate paired with the raspberries is such a nice contrast of sweet and tart and the honey vanilla greek yogurt rounds out this perfect combination! These beauties deserve to be fancy so I like to serve mine up in a cute cocktail glass! Whatever vessel you choose to build yours in, I promise, you will fall in love with this parfait and I’m confident it will become your new favorite!

Chocolate Covered Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

• 1/2 – 1 cup 1/2 – 1 Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt

• 1/2 cup 1/2 Fresh Raspberries

• 1/4 cup 1/4 Chocolate Granola

Directions

• In your glass, start by placing a couple scoops of yogurt, then layer raspberries and granola. Repeat this process one more time and ENJOY!
